Health Innovation Kent Surrey Sussex (KSS) is hosting this workshop for all primary care and pharmacy colleagues across Kent, Surrey and Sussex to get more detail about the toolkit and how to approach its implementation.
We will hear from Clare Howard, Medicines Optimisation Clinical Lead, and lead author of the toolkit, and there will be an open Q&A for all.
There are 3 open access workshops (see dates below), but you only need to register for 1 as the content will be repeated and the Q&As will be written up after all sessions have taken place and shared with all attendees.
