Following the successful launch of the Network on 7 February 2024, join us for our second RCT Trustee and Board Member Network.

This Network is for those responsible for their organisation, including Trustees, board members, Directors and committee members.

This in person Network will be held in the Conference Room at Maerdy Community Centre, Park Pl, Maerdy, Ferndale CF43 4DD.

Hear from Nova Barton about her journey as a CIC Director with Re:Make Valleys Manager, Dant Y Llew CIC. Discuss your role in more depth and learn from your peers about what works.

In this session we aim to focus on:

  • Exploring roles and responsibilities for Trustees/Directors
  • How to manage staff and human resources
  • Identify what training and support you need next
