We want to gather a group of people involved in social housing in London and surrounding areas, to explore innovative circular business models to enable re-usable buildings. These might include buildings which are any of the the following:
- ‘Deconstructable'
- ‘Flexible’
- ‘Adaptable’
- ‘Returnable ’
The workshop will aim to explore the business case for re-usable buildings, reviewing trends, market characteristics and the vision of the sector.
We are looking for local authorities, housing authorities and social housing providers and operators. We think this workshop will be interesting for those in the following areas / departments;
- procurement
- investment
- finance
- asset management
- regeneration
- planning
We would love to get a range of representation across departments and areas.
