Overview

A book club where you don't all read the same book! Specifically for young people aged 11-14yrs old linked to our Teen Book Bingo challenge.

Reading Group for Teens at Rugby Library:

Wait, a book club where you don't all read the same book? Tell me more!

Whether you're trying to read more or already love reading, this group - open to anyone aged 11-14yrs old - will give you the chance to chat to others about books you're reading and get ideas for new ones to try. You don't have to make it to every meeting either.

We've linked this reading group to our Teen Book Bingo challenge. Each month you choose a book which fits the Book Bingo category. Things like 'a book that became a film or TV show', 'a book with a single-word title' and 'a prize-winning book'.

During the session you'll chat about things like your favourite characters and themes the books have in common. But it's not all talk, you'll also do a range of linked activities.

Time: 11:00am-12:00pm

Date: Every third Saturday of the month

Age: 11-14yrs old

Booking: This is a drop-in event, so booking is not required. If you do choose to book a ticket, please be aware that it does not guarantee you a space. Participation will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
