Why attend?
We all want to make a change in one way or another
change a situation
change someone else
change ourselves
Letting go & moving on - During lockdown we all experienced moments, events, circumstances that we didn't want and didn't expect to happen. Whether losing your job, losing your temper or losing your motivation it all had an impact. Taking the opportunity to explore this impact means you can move on and let go of beliefs and behaviour that are no longer serving you.
A space for you- In the busyness of life we often forget to make time to stop, notice and reflect on how we really are. This simple practice can lead to greater happiness and wellbeing.
A space for connection - When we hear others' stories and experiences we learn about ourselves and connect with others in a meaningful way.
What to expect
- A 2 hour workshop with a small group in Old Trafford, led by experienced facilitators.
- Space to explore the impact specific events have had on your self esteem and how this may still be affecting you.
- Sharing, listening to each other and simple writing exercises.
- Learn techniques proven to help you identify patterns of self-criticism and create mental clarity.
Feedback from previous participants
"Gave me useful reflective time and great to learn from others. I learned more about myself and it felt good to talk and share. I would definitely recommend it. It was very interactive and helpful."
"This gave me the chance to stop and really think in the middle of my busy life about what makes me happy and when I'm not. I think the course would be very beneficial to a lot of people."
"Taking a step back gave me the opportunity to think about and review life situations makes me realise that a lot of what I don't feel good about is in my head. It helped me recognise that early enough to make a change."
