We are encouraging businesses to make sure they are fully prepared for Brexit ahead of 31 October.

The government continues to prepare for the UK’s exit from the European Union on 31st October. To prepare businesses for this, Melton Borough Council has partnered with the Department for Environment, Food &amp; Rural Affairs (DEFRA) and the Leicester and Leicestershire Local Enterprise Partnership (LLEP) to host a free 'Ready for Brexit' event aimed at businesses within the food and drink sector.This event is open to all businesses in the East Midlands area and will provide them with information on, and signposting to, the support and advice available to help businesses with preparing for Brexit.Breakfast and refreshments will be provided.
