A registered charity and well being centre offering therapeutic support and counselling for a range of clients .  We also offer ongoing education/training/art therapy programmes for the public, surrounding mental health and wellbeing

If we can't celebrate Mother's day the way we would all like to this year, let's celebrate the women in our lives by making a cake! Young, old, first-timers, star bakers... all welcome to join.Maybe we can't share a slice with the people we love, so let's share it online instead and raise money for victims and survivors of Domestic Abuse at the same time...1.
