Ready, Set........Summer!!

Michelle Pike and Carrie Holbrook

This is the 5th Virtual Challenge in our #doityourway series! All of our challenges have been fun (mainly because of the amazing people taking part) and motivating. This is about reaching out to everyone, from beginner to super fit, to get participants active and having fun, whilst supporting two fantastic charities. 100% of all the profit from this challenge will go toward The Brain Tumour Charity and Brain Tumour Research, and you will receive a fantastic bespoke medal.
For this challenge, you can use any method of activity to complete it, whether you like to run, cycle, swim, lift, dog walk, tap dance or juggle then you can take part. This will help keep you motivated and moving through the whole of summer, and it starts on the 14th May for 20 weeks. You can choose from the following options:

2. Run, Walk or Cycle 200 miles

KIDS SIX WEEK SUMMER CHALLENGE
We want to get the kids involved. You will be inspiring them with all your exercise that they will want to join in :)
Over the six weeks Summer Holidays get the kids active for at least an hour a week to earn their very own bright and colourful medal!
As the parent you know their limits, if you feel they can do more, then get them to scoot that extra half mile, walk to the park or play football a bit longer! Feel free to use it as motivation outside of the summer holidays, but I dont know about your kids, mine can be a little impatient and eager for the end result!
Unfortunately, as I wont pay for the Eventbrite premium package, I am unable to add a different priced ticket for the kids challenge. If you wish to buy a childs place, please send £7.00 per child to 30day30km@gmail.com through paypal, and in the notes add your childs name. If you do not have paypal, then please email and we can arrange bank transfer.
Once you have paid for your entry, please join the closed facebook group to start joining in with our amazing community and this will be where you log your weekly evidence. You will need to let us know through the group which option you want to do for your challenge so we know what to log when you submit your evidence.

We look forward to getting active with you over Summer!! Any question at all, please feel free to email us on 30day30km@gmail.com
