Launch Event:</h1><p>This new and exciting programme in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham aims to boost your confidence, give you insight into the world of work through one-to-one mentoring, and offer you a supportive community. </p><h3>Check you are eligible:</h3><ul><li>Aged between 16 to 21 years old</li><li>Live, work, or study in an area within West London</li><li>Looking for employment or opportunities</li></ul><p></p><h3>Benefits to you:</h3><ul><li><strong>Discover your power</strong> and boost your confidence for your future through fun workshop activities</li><li><strong>Gain insight into the world of work</strong> from industry mentors by receiving one-to-one mentoring at their company's office</li><li><strong>Feel part of a community </strong>surrounded by like-minded individuals, and develop your leadership skills as a programme ambassador</li></ul><p></p><h2>You are invited!</h2><p>Join us at the official launch event to transport you on an exciting self-discovery journey that will elevate your skills and lead you to the best version of yourself. Have fun as you wander through our three key zones:</p><p>👟Ready Zone: Start your journey with a safe space to reflect</p><p>🔓Steady Zone: Unlock your potential by engaging in activities to boost your confidence and develop your leadership skills</p><p>🤝🏽Connect Zone: Get ahead by networking with employee mentors and the programme team, and sign up to the programme</p><p></p><h3><strong>Event Details</strong></h3><p>3:45pm - 4:10pm - Welcome and Music</p><p>4:10pm - 4:20pm - Hear from Carl Konadu (CEO, 2-3 Degrees) and Matt Lent (CEO, Spark!)</p><p>4:20pm - 4:40pm - 'Ready Zone' Activities with Industry Professionals</p><p>4:40pm - 5:15pm - 'Steady Zone' Activities</p><p>5:15pm - Raffle Prizes and Networking</p><h3></h3><h3><strong>There'll be:</strong></h3><p> 😃fun activities to help you visualise your future, develop your communication skills, and  develop the leader within you. </p><p>🍕free food</p><p>🎧music</p><p>😎 good vibes  </p><p><strong>and much more...</strong></p><p></p><p>If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the team - info@readysteadyconnect.org.uk</p><p>Please note that there will be filming &amp; photography during the event.
