Join us for an in-person event focused on developing good practice in making reasonable adjustments that remove barriers and support disabled people in recruitment and employment.

Date: Thursday 5 March 2026
Time: 9.30 am to 12:30 pm (a light lunch will be provided)
Location: Ulster University Belfast

Registration begins at 9:30am, with tea and coffee available before the event starts at 10:00am.

  • Workable, Access to Work and condition management programmes: Shauna Robinson, Department for Communities

  • Reasonable adjustment template: Aileen Donnelly, Education Authority for NI
  • Reasonable adjustment agreement - “Disability Passport”: Samantha Whann, Belfast Health and Social Care Trust
  • Panel discussion: With the speakers and representatives from the ECNI Advisory Services team
