Rebels Collective Day!

Rebels Collective Day!

The GuildCarlisle, England
Tuesday, Mar 24, 2026 from 9 am to 5 pm
Overview

Gather. Get shit done. Feel good.

What this day actually is :

The Rebels Collective Day will give you the time and headspace you need to work on your business (i.e. the stuff that never gets done when you’re replying to emails, firefighting, juggling 50 other things or just avoiding it).

It’s not a workshop. There’s no teaching.

It’s a focused, supportive day where you bring the thing you want to move forward, and you get the space, energy and gentle structure to actually do it.

You get the benefit of:

  • other people quietly doing the same
  • someone (me) there to keep the day grounded, focused and useful
  • a bit of accountability without any pressure
  • a couple of optional activities to help you move forward
  • an environment that makes you follow through

That’s it. Simple. Human. Productive.

Who it’s for

This day is for you if you want to:

  • make progress on something important you’ve been avoiding
  • take a step back and think about your business instead of just reacting
  • plan, create, map out, tidy up, or unblock something
  • work in a calm space with other business owners around you
  • feel motivated without being pushed
  • meet, connect and explore ideas with other humans

What to expect

The vibe

Calm, friendly and focused. No awkwardness. No hype.

The day

A mix of quiet working time, optional prompts to help you think, and a couple of short joy breaks to reset your brain. You choose what you work on. You set your pace. I simply keep the time and space steady so you can settle in and get on.

The people

Business owners, solopreneurs, freelancers, creatives and leaders, all working on their own thing.

The practicalities

Comfortable space, fast wifi, tea and coffee available. Bring your own lunch and whatever you need to work.

The outcome

By the end of the day, you’ll have moved something forward that you’ve been meaning to tackle for ages, you’ll feel lighter for having done it and you'll have spent the day with some fab people!

Sessions

Choose what suits your day:

Morning (9am–1pm)

Afternoon (12pm–5pm)

Full day (9am–5pm)

Agenda - what to expect

Morning Session (9am to 1pm)

9:00 to 9:30 – Arrival and coffee

Find a spot, get settled, ease into the day.

9:30 to 9:40 – Joy Break / Reset

A short, non-work activity to help you arrive properly.

9:40 to 9:50 – Intention check-in (optional)

A simple question to anchor the morning:

"What do you want to move forward today?"

Share if you want to. Or keep it just for you.

9:50 to 11:00 – Business Focus Block

Quiet, steady time to work on your business.

Arrange a quick 1:1 chat with other rebels.

11:00 to 12:00 - Ask a Rebel (optional)

Bring your sticky question - the one you've been sitting with for weeks. Put it to the group, get actual thoughts and ideas from people who understand what it's like to run a business without pretending everything's sorted. Not a workshop, just honest conversation to help you solve your sticky problem.

12:00 to 1:00 – Lunch and chat

Bring your own food. Chat if you want to, wander if you don’t.

Afternoon Session (12pm to 5pm)

12:00 to 1:00 – Arrival and lunch and chat

If you are joining us in the afternoon, this is your landing time.

1:00 to 1:05 – Afternoon welcome

A quick hello and orientation so you know how the flow works.

1:05 to 1:15 – Intention check-in (optional)

A reset for everyone, morning and afternoon people included.

A moment to ask yourself:

"What do I want to move forward this afternoon?"

1:15 to 2:00 – Business Focus Block

Pick up the thing that matters and get into it.

2:00 to 3:00 – Done Is Better Than Perfect Hour (optional)

A gentle push to finish something you have been avoiding or overthinking.

3:00 to 3:10 – Joy Break

A short pause to reset your brain.

3:10 to 4:45 – Final Focus Block

Your last chunk of focused work for the day.

4:45 to 5:00 – Wrap-up and small wins (optional)

A chance to note what you moved forward, or share it if you feel like it.
