[re]boot at Leeds Trinity University offers individuals the chance to upskill, gain new skills/qualifications and enter employment within four of the key regional sectors including:DigitalCreativeAnd best of all each course is FREE.[re]boot is a project funded by European Social Fund and managed by West Yorkshire Combined Authority(WYCCA) and Leeds City Region Enterprise Partnership (LEP).The programme content reflects the needs of employers in the Leeds City Region, built on data collected through the Leeds City Region, and feedback from Leeds Trinity University’s extensive digital employer network.

Leeds Trinity University is offering a free beginners coding course in web coding; HTML, JavaScript, Wordpress, GIT and Pseudocode.

Please Note: Leeds Trinity University is closed from 5pm Friday 18 December 2020 to 9am on Monday 4 January 2021. All enquiries in this time will be responded to upon the January return.

Course dates: The course will run from 19 October for 9 weeks. Session times are outlined below. Each morning online session is 2 hours long and will run online via Microsoft Teams. There will also be the opportunity for optional drop in lesson to support your learning. The course will cover the basics of front-End Web Development from understanding the basics of the internet, the world wide web to HTML, CSS, JavaScript and development tools including Git, GitHub and Visual Studio Code.
