Reboot, Spring Clean (for body and mind)
Mindfulness teacher/Naturopath, Alex Newte Hardie and Yoga teacher/Naturopath, Sybille Gebhardt are joining forces once again to bring you a day of nourishing and restorative self-care for body and mind with meditation, yoga and a nutrition talk and demonstration.
During the day you will experience:
Mindful Self-Compassion exercises - discover why being kinder to yourself can be your greatest strength and not a weakness. We will explore meditation practices that help to quieten the harsh inner critic and find tools to support ourselves through everyday stress and life’s natural ups and downs.
Hatha Yoga - suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners alike. Sybille will take you through a series of asanas that will aid the body in its natural detoxification processes, help you to feel a little stronger and more flexible, along with a sense of better connection to the body and deep relaxation.
Finally, we will enjoy an up-to-date, research-based talk on nutrition and you will get to try some delicious food in afternoon. Sybille and I talk you through easy changes you can make in your diet that will contribute to optimised gut health (and therefore, whole health).
You will leave feeling a little lighter, refreshed, restored and hopefully being a little kinder to yourself, armed with tools to help you feel balanced physically and emotionally in time for the Summer.
Handouts, access to meditation and yoga practices for home use and a light lunch of soup are all included in the price. You will also all have a taste of a variety of different snacks and meal ideas during the nutrition talk.
