I'm thrilled to be teaming up with Nana and Misha to offer you this chance to REBOOT(Y) using your breath, your body, and yes, your booty.
Inclusive, fun and nourishing movement
This is NOT a complicated dance choreography class and you won't be expected to pop up into a headstand. This evening is about us connecting with ourselves and enjoying what it feels like to be in our bodies.
No judgement, no expectations.
🍑 Nana's joyful, jiggly, twerk dance classes are an amazing way to shake it all off and connect with your body with joy and playfulness.
🧘 Misha's yoga style is inclusive and creative, and she holds the space with care and skill.

The epic agenda
- 6.30pm - arrivals
- 6.45pm - Grounding welcome and meditation with Holly
- 7.00pm - Joyful dance class with Nana, the mind (and booty) behind the Jiggle Fitt movement. Get ready to shake your arse
- 7.50pm - Water break
- 8.00pm - Blissful yoga flow into stillness, featuring Misha's iconic yoga nidra
- 8.45pm - Closing circle
- 9.00pm - we're done!

Why REBOOT(Y)?
Movement has the potential to light us up, connect us to ourselves and help us shake off tension and stress. It has been a huge part of my, Misha and Nana's journeys and I'm delighted to teaming up with two of my own personal teachers to offer you this evening of fun, freeing movement.
