If I book a structure, do I need to know what I'll bring to work on?

Not at all. Some people like to come with something in mind, whereas others may come and sit to see what arises on the day. Either approach is fine - there is not a correct way. We will work with you to bring the work to a good outcome.

Do I need to stay for the whole day?

Yes, to help the group feel safe and contained, it is important that everyone can stay fully. Occasional acceptions can be made via prior arrangement.
