Join me for a deeply restorative somatic healing event designed to bring you back home to your Self. To bring balance, peace, and embodied presence.

In our busy lives, stress and past experiences can become stuck in the body, leading to tension, anxiety, and disconnection. Somatic healing is a gentle yet powerful approach that helps release these patterns by listening to the body's wisdom.

Over the course of this immersive experience, we will use a variety of gentle, evidence-based practices to facilitate deep nervous system regulation and self-discovery:

  • Gentle Mindful Movement: Simple, yoga and tai chi inspired movement to unlock physical tension and increase body awareness without strain
  • Breath and Voice: Intentional breathwork and chanting to tone the vagus nerve, calming the nervous system to clear emotional blockages
  • Hands-on Healing (Optional): Light, supportive touch by Claire through the feet or cranial sacral adjustment to release fascial and energetic holding patterns
  • Sound: Experience the healing frequency of a sound bath as a tool for grounding and vibrational healing
  • Meditation: Guided and silent practices to integrate the experience and cultivate inner stillness

You will leave feeling grounded, centered, and deeply relaxed, equipped with simple tools to continue your journey of somatic healing at home if you so choose.

No prior experience is necessary. This event is open to all who feel called to slow down, listen to their body, and embrace a path of gentle self-healing. Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Suitable for ages 13 upwards. All under 18's must be accompanied by an adult.

You will enjoy...

A beautiful welcome from Claire to get settled - find a spot to place your mat. Sit in stillness and contemplation or chat with other participants while breathing in the sweet smell of nag champa.

Centring - seated comfortably, Claire will invite you to connect with your body, mind and breath. Soothing vibrational sounds will float around the space, helping us ground.

Movement - Claire will guide you through gentle somatic movement, designed to help you regulate your nervous system. We explore balancing, strength, vigour, calm, and restoration followed by vagus nerve stimulating self-massage to bring flexibility to the nervous system.

Voice and Breath - using ancient pranayama techniques, Claire will take you through a journey of breath into simple sacred chants to open the energetic body ready for meditation.

Sound and Meditation - we end the class with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation accompanied by drums and a sound bath.

Refresh and Share - You are invited to share how you are feeling and any sensations or emotions that came up as we drink herbal tea together.
