Description

This interactive full day workshop will focus on the key medico-legal requirements and frameworks associated with good record keeping. Attendees will explore the common pitfalls and the ways in which medical records can be used to support you when medical action arises.

Using a mix of lecture, interactive exercises and case discussion, topics will also include: the risk management of workflow processes, the importance of documenting key aspects of the consent process, documentation of chaperones, and how to ensure medical records comply with data protection legislation and requirements.

Registration and coffee will be available from 09:30 with the course starting promptly at 10:00

A certificate detailing five hours of verifiable CPD will be provided to all delegates.
