West Yorkshire Print Workshop is an open access fine art printmaking facility in Mirfield, West Yorkshire. We support and promote artistic talent and learning, through the art of making prints.

Do you have textile items such as a shirt, T-shirt, jacket or cushion which need some TLC? Revitalise your fashion wardrobe and home interior through printmaking and bring them back to life through printmaking your own unique, fashion statement.

West Yorkshire Print Workshop is running textile block printing workshops with Textile Artist Clare Grace. At the sessions, you will explore a wide variety of textile materials and haberdashery to make your own printing blocks and print patterns on your pre-owned items.

 ‘Recycling through Print' takes its inspiration from the North Kirklees textile heritage of the recycling old clothing and rags to produce Shoddy and Mungo. Clare Grace has devised workshops to incorporate recycling and challenge the fashion industry by not ‘feeding the monster' and rejuvenating your fashion/interior textiles items.
