Wirral Mind is a  local, independent mental health charity providing services to adults in our community with mental health problems and/or learning disabilities.We aim  to normalise the conversation around mental health, tackle stigma and discrimination, promote understanding and support our community to live mentally healthier lives.

This workshop aims to help you explore what thriving means to you, as a first step in creating lasting and meaningful change.

With every New Year, it’s natural for us to think about things we’d like to let go of and changes we’d like to make. This workshop aims to help you explore what thriving means to you, as a first step in creating lasting and meaningful change.Through a blend of guided self-reflection, group coaching and discussion, you’ll create a vision for thriving that reflects what matters most to you, and who you are at your best. We’ll also be setting some gentle, inspiring intentions to help you move forward and thrive - one intentional step at a time.What will I gain?<ul><li>A deeper understanding of thriving as a process, not an end goal.</li><li>Greater clarity on what you truly want and what matters to you most.</li><li>A personal vision for thriving to guide your future choices and actions.</li><li>Some simple written intentions to support your vision for change.</li><li>A warm welcome to a supportive and compassionate learning space.</li></ul>
