Do you ever wish we could start from scratch and redesign our construction sector to foster a more circular and sustainable built environment?

Join games designer Drew Richards at this playful hackathon to explore how to drive reuse, recycling and the transformation of buildings for a more circular built environment.

Participants will reimagine the complex policy and regulatory landscape of circularity by designing and playing their own tabletop games. The outcomes from this hackathon will inform the development of public engagement tools to drive interest and understanding in circular design and construction.

The hackathon will take place on Friday 9th September 2022 from 14:00 – 17:00 BST at The Hithe in Rotherhithe.

This event is hosted by the CIRCuIT Project in collaboration with IF_DO and Meanwhile Space.

The Hithe will be open for Open House Festival 2022. Keep an eye out for CIRCuIT’s collection of exemplary and inspiring circular buildings around London on the Open House website.
