REDUCING OVERWHELM & LOOKING AFTER YOU WORKSHOP

Our programme for 2023 and 2024 aims to increase confidence, resilience, wellbeing and leadership skills via subsidised coaching sessions and professional development workshops for those working in third sector organisation.We have programmed two workshops, One on 'Finding time for you' and one on 'Reducing Overwhelm' as part of this programme of support.We have secured funds from Awards for All to provide twenty people working in the community/third sector, five subsidised coaching sessions each.  These coaching sessions have been held between Dec 2023 and September 2024. The application process for this scheme has now closed for the coaching sessions.​We have prioritised women age 40 plus with additional mental health issue/health conditions, peri/menopausal symptoms and/or caring responsibilities, and/or facing discrimination.

Evolve Coaching

You will leave with practical tools to reduce anxiety &amp; stress.    Learn to calm an overactive mind &amp; gain a sense of peace &amp;  resilience

Understanding how our brains work, how our nervous systems are triggered and learning how to emotionally self-regulate, helps us reduce feelings of overwhelm and teaches us how to take care of ourselves.This workshop, through a variety of fun and absorbing exercises, ranging from meditation and mindfulness techniques to practices based on the latest neuroscience research, teaches participants useful tools for daily life including emotional self-regulation, boundary setting, how to improve our breathing, quietening our inner critic and how to create their own personal cheerleading troupe!By the end of the workshop participants will have practical tools to reduce anxiety, stress and calm an overactive mind, leaving the workshop with a greater sense of peace, resilience, and confidence.
