Come and relax through mindfulness art. A two hour session every Monday in the month of May by our Art workshop facilitator. Creating an avenue to 'Reflect and Paint' and connect with self through colours, music and paint strokes.
Dedicated to Global Majority community members who are navigating sudden loss of a young child or young adult.
We welcome; Mothers, Fathers, Siblings and Grandparents to our space.
All we ask is that you come with an open mind and heart.
12 yrs + Children under 12 years must be accompanied by their parent or carer and must be present with them at all times.
