Reflect is a new programme that continues to build on the tradition of providing a space for church-based ministry workers to meet together.

Date / time: each event will start at 10am sharp and will conclude with lunch from 1pm

Venue: Assembly Buildings, Belfast

Cost: each module costs £12, or sign up for all four for £40

Cost can be paid directly or tick a box to have an invoice generated to give to your church treasurer

Title: Running a ministry that produces young leaders

Facilitator: Martha Stringer (Director of Training and Resources at Onelife)

How to develop a culture and practice of leadership in discipling and practically running ministry so young people impact others.


Date: Thursday 3 December

Title: Self-management

How to be proficient in managing time and workload in ministry, setting personal and ministry goals, and maintaining effective working patterns and healthy ministry habits for the long-haul.


Date: Tuesday 26 January

Title: Forming, articulating and implementing vision

Facilitator: Jeremy Gardiner (Formational Leadership)

How to identify the direction and vision of your ministry, ensuring this is in line with your church leadership, how to articulate it to all stakeholders so the whole church understands and owns it, and then how you go about starting to make it a reality.


Date: Thursday 8 April

Title: Volunteer management

Facilitator: tbc

How to manage your most important assets: identifying, motivating, equipping, caring for, and leading a volunteer team so they feel valued and purposeful within the mission of your church.
