On Thursday 30th October, join us to reflect on your story, and feel more connected in a creative way.
In this one-hour drawing session, you'll have the chance to explore your life through the parts of a tree, helping you to build resilience. By tracing your life, you'll not only gain perspective and a sense of hope and appreciation, but you will engage in a calming, creative activity where you can meet new people! You’ll then have the opportunity to share your tree with other members of the group, fostering a sense of community and connection. A 30-minute mindful walk around the Olympic Park will then follow.
This session will be led by staff in the Counselling Services team, George Ramos, Student Counsellor (CBT Therapist) and Dominic Dowling, Student Counsellor (CBT Therapist) in Student Support and Wellbeing Services.
Please note: to ensure everyone receives individual attention and a meaningful experience, this session is limited to 10 participants.
Location: UCL East - Marshgate, Room 529, 7 Sidings Street London E20 2AE
