Frontline practice is pressured, complex, and fast-moving, which makes blind spots inevitable. This short, interactive clinic provides space for practitioners to reflect on real case challenges and practise micro-tools that sharpen professional judgement.

Learning objectives

• Understand what "blind spots" look like in safeguarding decision-making
• Practise structured reflection using live anonymised scenarios
• Apply micro-tools to supervision and team discussions.

What to expect

• Short input on reflective practice
• Case-based exercises and group reflection
• Takeaway aide-mémoire: "You’re seeing X - you might be missing Y"
