Come and join us for an evening focusing on Mental Health, Self care, and Personal Development.

You will hear from a panel of therapists and coaches, who will be discussing managing mental health in uncertain times and the essential self care tools needed to work through stress and depression. There will also be a Q&A with the panel.

You will then take part in a planning workshop where we will delve deep into what’s important to you and look at ways to ensure these values are at the forefront of what you do and prioritise in 2022.

The evening will conclude with an opportunity to network with like-minded individuals.

Tara Kierans works with individuals, groups, teams and organisations in the human services providing developmental spaces for support, thinking, connection, learning and sustainment. Tara’s approach to working with others is underpinned by belief in the importance of curiosity and compassion in relation to our experiences, and the feelings we encounter along the way. That by being brave enough to look at the more challenging aspects of our experiences in role, we may embark on a journey of discovery that sustains and develops the capacity to offer support to others, whilst also strengthening the service they receive.
