This 30-minute Reformer Pilates taster class gives you the chance to try a session and learn the key basics and fundamentals. It’s suitable for complete beginners or anyone who has tried Reformer Pilates before.Please note: As this is a trial class with no pre-assessment, it isn’t suitable for anyone currently experiencing injuries or pain. We can still help with this however, please feel free to contact us should you require further assistance.Venue will be confirmed after booking.Only 4 spaces available.
