During this four week SWAP programme you will receive Civil Service recruitment process training whilst mastering the Civil Service Success Profiles. In addition you will gain a qualification in Employability Skills and Customer Service.

Duration:

The programme runs for four weeks with 2 weeks intensive group training and self study followed by a further two weeks of one-to-one tailored support.

Course Content:

An overview of the Civil Service including types of job roles and departments.
An understanding of the unique application process, including the psychometric test, verbal reasoning test, situational judgement test, and behaviour statements.
'A Day in the Life of a Civil Servant' Virtual Work Experience
Creating a Civil Service jobs account, how to find the right roles for you and how to develop an outstanding job application.
Perfecting your CV for roles within the Civil Service.
How to perform in an interview scenario in both a face-to-face and virtual setting.
Development of self-esteem, confidence and motivation.
Guaranteed 1-2-1 Job Interview Support.

Eligibility:

You must hold minimum full level 2 qualification
You must have lived in the UK for the past three years and live in the Greater London area
You must be claiming benefits or earn under £17,000
You must be 19+ years old
Attendees MUST be committed to gaining their qualification.
