Go Business programmes are fully funded by <a href="https://www.kingston.gov.uk/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Kingston Council</a>, UK Government, The Mayor of London and <a href="https://levellingup.campaign.gov.uk/#:~:text=Levelling%20Up%20means%20creating%20opportunities,and%20how%20you%20can%20benefit" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Levelling Up</a>. They will be delivered by Kingston Chamber of Commerce.The Go Growth programme combines specialist resources with the expertise and knowledge to help you drive growth and build capacity successfully. Go Growth offers a broad range of support, including expert webinars, essential diagnostic sessions using the Business Model Canvas tool and one-to-one business mentoring.Who can attend the Go Growth Programme?This is open to Micro / Small Business (1-10 size business), businesses who have been trading for a minimum of 18 months (so they have one set of annual accounts) and registered as sole traders or set up as a limited business.What does the programme offer?There will be eight Go Growth Online webinar courses provided by business specialists on areas including Marketing, Finance, Contracts/HR, Digital Skills, Leadership, Sustainability, Mental Health and Cyber security/GDPR.This will be followed by the Go Growth Business Model Canvas (BMC) sessions available to all participants. The Business Model Canvas is a business tool used to visualise, on a single page, all the building blocks that need to be considered if you are starting a business.The final element will be the Go Growth Advisory Hub which would provide a one-to-one, online mentoring sessions (two sessions) of one hour, to each participant.What will participants gain from the Go Growth programme?By the end of the programme, participants will have the ability and confidence to develop and implement a comprehensive and robust strategy that will take them and their business forward.What are the criteria for joining the Go Growth programme?To join the Go Growth programme, your business needs to be based in and/or substantively trading in the borough of Kingston.Places are in demand, so register your interest now!This course is fully funded. However to secure your place, a nominal fee of £30.00 will be required upon admittance to the programme. This fee will be reimbursed upon completion of four webinars.
