Whether you’re carrying physical tension, visible or hidden scars, chronic stress, or the effects of trauma and anxiety, she offers specialized support. Her services include massage therapy, post-surgical scar work, and trauma-informed therapy and coaching.

As a certified Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner trained by Dr. Gabor Mate, she brings an approach grounded in understanding how emotional experiences - especially those rooted in trauma-can manifest in the body.
