<P><STRONG><A HREF="https://binarydistrict.com/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Binary District</A></STRONG> is an international community-driven knowledge-sharing platform. The project was initiated to address the growing skills and knowledge gap in emerging technologies such as blockchain, Virtual and Augmented Reality, big data, cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, machine learning, Biotech, Internet of Things, Python and Scala programming etc.</P>
<P>The key mission of Binary District is to create a strong community of researchers and developers, foster learning and innovation, and facilitate conversations that push technology industries forward. Binary District encourages mutually beneficial interactions between those with extensive knowledge of cutting-edge technology and those looking to learn and upskill.</P>
<P><STRONG>Regulating Emerging Technologies</STRONG></P>
<P><SPAN>This event will see top lawyers, compliance experts and those building new technologies lead discussion around the implications of regulations and data protection laws, as well as the strategies to ensure that businesses are not caught out. </SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN>In an age of constant, complex and disruptive technological innovation, knowing what, when, and how to structure regulatory interventions is becoming increasingly difficult. Regulators believe they have only bad options: charge in without holding the sufficient facts and cripple innovative companies, or do nothing and leave unpredictable and potentially dangerous technologies such as AI to advance unchecked. </SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN>Join our expert speakers at the Primalbase London offices in Moorgate, London, on the 21st of May 2019 from 18.00. You'll have the opportunity to debate and learn from leading experts about how to anticipate and adapt to incoming legislation, the impact of GDPR, the use of AI in regulated industries, and how to regulation-proof your tech business. The last year has seen a raft of far-reaching regulations come into force. This includes GDPR, which was enacted almost a year to the day of this event - the impact of which is still being established. Those who develop and use new technologies in their business must constantly stay on top of changes to the rules. Make sure you're equipped.</SPAN></P>

He has spent 20 years working in the legal sector focused on the UK and global legal markets. Richard is also the founder of the global legal AI and new technology site, Artificial Lawyer.</P>
