About this course

Shoden is a traditional Japanese Reiki. Learn to use the second level of Reiki.

What will be covered on the course?

  • Symbol No. 1 & The first Mantra.Connecting through Meditation
  • Symbol No.2 & The second Mantra. Connecting through Meditation
  • Symbol No.3 & The Third Mantra. Connecting through Meditation
  • Distance practices and variation of Reiki techniques
  • Meditations and Mindfulness within Reiki
  • Pair Work Reiki Techniques and Mudras

What will learners achieve by the end of the course?

  • Copy Symbol No.1 and Repeat over the next week with Mantra No.1
  • Write symbol No.2 and perform with Mantra No.2
  • Complete Symbol No.3 and Use with Mantra No.3
  • Formulate ways of working Reiki through Distance and Measure how this works through pair
  • work
  • Develop a meditation practice and review which works personally
  • Practice Reiki in pair work and Plan Mudras into a Meditation Practice

What skills or knowledge do learners already need to have to attend the course?

  • For Reiki Level 2 Okuden Learners must have a certification in Reiki Level 1 Shoden or Reiki
  • Level 1

Please dress in loose comfortable clothing

Learners may wish to bring a blanket or jumper as temperature may drop during meditation.
