Reiki, a spiritual practice developed by Mikao Usui in Japan during the 1920s, translates to ‘spiritual energy’. Under Usui’s guidance, one of his master students, Chujiro Hayashi, refined the healing techniques that are widely practiced today.

Reiki allows your body to take a break from the pressures of daily life, encouraging relaxation and stress relief. This state of calm may support your body’s natural ability to heal from stress, injury, or illness. Through deep relaxation, Reiki accelerates the body’s innate healing process by allowing it to focus on recovery. In Reiki Level 2, you’ll dive into the study of ancient symbols and distance healing techniques.

Jake began his Reiki journey in 2015 with a dedication to truth and healing. In addition to being a Reiki Master, Jake has extensive training in shiatsu massage, cupping therapy, physical training, counseling, Indian head massage, sound healing, shamanic journeying, breathwork, and life coaching. He also hosts a holistic radio show. Jake’s holistic approach works with the body’s energy meridians and pressure points to bring balance and well-being.

Our Reiki training is designed for everyone—whether you’re looking to heal yourself, others, or the world around you. Reiki is a powerful Japanese healing art that restores balance and enhances relaxation. While it offers a deep spiritual healing experience, Reiki is easy to learn.
