About your Speaker:

Tiger spent 30+ years of his career as a C-suite leader driving digital and business transformation in the global enterprise space. He played a pivotal role in pioneering a new global business services model and founded and built a division of General Electric (GE Capital International Services) that then became Genpact, a 130,000+ people, $4.5 B+ revenue enterprise with operations in 30+ countries. The company serves 300 of the Fortune 500 enterprises and is listed on the NYSE

After serving as Genpact’s President and Chief Executive Officer from 2011 to 2024, he transitioned to his successor and now serves as a Senior Advisor. He is also on the boards of Jabil, a global manufacturing solutions provider; MathCo, a data, analytics and AI solutions provider for CPG, Retail and Life Science companies; Inetum, a French HQ Tech Services firm and the SP Jain London School of Management.

Tiger is a Senior Advisor to Avalt, Bain Capital, BCG, Brighton Park Capital, HighRadius, Bridge Green, Innospark and CNEXT, mostly focused on digital technology, Gen AI, AI/ML and SAAS business investments. In addition, he is the Chair of the Advisory Board of ABSL, a global non-profit network representing the business services sector.

As the CEO of Genpact, Tiger played a strategic role in shaping the company and was intimately involved in driving the leverage of GenAI and other cloud technologies as well as data and analytics in large global corporations across CPG, Retail, Manufacturing, Banking, Insurance, Life Sciences, Healthcare and HiTech industries. He frequently writes and speaks on topics such as digital disruption, building global talent and leaders, continuous skill development, and the importance of building a strong corporate culture.

He also coaches and mentors teams and C Suite leaders particularly on topics of scaling businesses, leveraging technology, AI and analytics and leadership and culture in an AI world.

Prior to Genpact, Tiger spent the early part of his career at the Unilever Group, Citibank, and GE in a variety of roles spanning sales, global technology and operations, risk management, and business leadership.Tiger has a degree in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, and a MBA from the Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad. He now splits his time between Lisbon, London, New York, and India.
