What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing for yoga and sound bath, not a skirt. We practice in socks or bare feet. Appropriate clothing and footwear for walking depending on the weather. Aprons are provided for the painting, we use acrylic paints which can stain, please keep this in mind.

Do I need any experience?

This day is suitable to absolute beginners to yoga, sound baths and painting and those with previous experience

I have a dietary requirement, can that be catered for?

Please contact us to check. Soups are all vegetarian, it can be possible to cater for dietary preferences.

Do  need anything for the painting

Accepted Answer

You will be provided with everything need for painting. Acrylic paints are used, these can stain clothes so please wear clothes with this is mind. Aprons are provided.

A warm welcome, gentle, sound bath, lunch, walk, hot drinks & cakes and all materials and guidance to paint Pierre the Peacock!
