Relax into Being Practice Group

Overview

Weekly sessions that use mindfulness, meditation, relaxation and self-enquiry to connect you to your essence in the present moment.

Ongoing weekly sessions to help you connect with your deepest sense of self. Feel free to attend as many sessions as you wish. Expect to learn and experience techniques that will help you to:

Let go of stress and feel more alive.

Relax deeply.

Be in the present moment.

Let go of unhelpful thoughts.

Express yourself freely.

Explore how these elements are all linked, there is time for reflection and brief discussion (no pressure to speak up) to understand how they apply to you. However, this is not group therapy, so it's probably not the right place to share anything that feels 'massive' to you.

The sessions will include guided meditations, relaxation techniques, mindfulness and reflection.

Each session will be different, feel free to attend as many as you wish. To get the best experience, I recommend attending as often as possible which is why I'm offering an incentive that the 8th session you attend will be a freebie.

You are welcome to pay cash (£10) when you arrive, to save on the Eventbrite booking fee, but please let me know you are coming as there are limited places. Please arrive on time for a prompt start.

The sessions run every Tuesday at 6.30pm (1 hour session) beginning 19th May and will be ongoing. I may take a break at some point so please do get in touch if you'll be attending.
