Overview

A series of workshops that use mindfulness, meditation, relaxation and self-enquiry to connect you to your essence in the present moment.

This is a series of 8 workshops to help you connect with your deepest sense of self. Expect to learn and experience techniques that will help you to:

Let go of stress and feel more alive.

Relax deeply.

Be in the present moment.

Let go of unhelpful thoughts.

Express yourself freely.

Explore how these elements are all linked, there is time for reflection and brief discussion (no pressure to speak up) to understand how they apply to you. However, this is not group therapy, so it's probably not the right place to share anything that feels 'massive' to you.

The sessions will include guided meditations, relaxation techniques, mindfulness and reflection.

Each session will be different, feel free to come to as many as you wish. To get the best experience, I recommend attending all 8 session which is why I'm offering a discount for purchasing them all in advance. Alternatively you can pay-as-you-go either through Eventbrite or pay cash when you arrive (and save paying the booking fee).

If you intend to pay in cash, please let me know you are coming as there are limited places. Please arrive on time for a prompt start.
