Do I need to bring anything?

You might like to bring a bottle of water as drinks aren't provided. From session 3 onwards there will be some brief, writing exercises so you might like to bring your own notebook and pen but not to worry, paper and pens will be provided.

What facilities are there at the Dawn Lister Therapy Centre?

There is a waiting area. If you are early, please make yourself comfortable on the sofa. There are toilets at the end of the corridor.

My name is Monica Chatterjee. I work as a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist offering one-to-one sessions at the Dawn Lister Therapy Centre and online, helping people with issues such as anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, self-esteem, insomnia and chronic pain.
