Come and experience the magic of a Sound Bath, providing an hours relaxation to improve your overall wellbeing.

An opportunity to give your self some time to relax.

Join Marie who will deliver a beautiful mix of sounds and vibrations from a combination of Gongs, Himalayan and Crystal Singing bowls, Drums and Percussion. All played to calm the mind and lull you into a deep relaxed state, allowing your body to slip into a restorative state. Allowing yourself to be enrobed in these soothing sounds can have many health benefits including lower blood pressure, balancing of the nervous system, reduced mind chatter/over thinking, and improved sleep quality. Some people also experience moments of clarity, find answers to blocks they are experiencing in their life, and find a new motivation and energy.

Sound Therapy works on your mind, body, emotions and soul providing a "whole self" cellular level workout.

THE SESSION

  • Will start promptly at 7:30pm, please arrive ten minutes early so you have time to get settled and comfy. I am unable to admit late arrivals, so as not to interrupt the experience for others.
  • Bring a yoga/exercise mat (if you don't have one I do have some spares)
  • Bring a cushion/pillow and blanket(s)
  • Bring some water to drink
  • Wear comfy warm clothes
  • Everyone is welcome*, all you need to do is lay down and let the sound work its magic.

*please note if you are in the first trimester of pregnancy sound therapy is not recommended

*on street parking available

*any under 18s must be accompanied by an adult
