Helping stressed-out souls reconnect, recharge, and feel the good vibes because let’s face it we are all in need of a little reset these days! my sessions are like a cosmic spa day for your mind, body, and spirit. 🌙

Amy creates an atmosphere of community and connection where we will open with a herbal tea and oracle card pull and any shares before settling into a meditation and immersive sound bath. Instruments used are crystal bowls, chimes and other instruments all devised to aid in well-being.

Sound baths are deeply relaxing and nurturing. Occasionally, the experience may bring emotions to the surface as the body releases tension and stored energy. This is a natural part of the process, you will be held in a safe, supportive space, with full permission to pause, rest or step away at any time.

What you Will Need:

•Comfy clothes, layers for warmth or cool layers if it’s hot, a mat to lie on, blanket and cushion for your head, and (optional eye mask)

•Journal & a pen (optional)

•Water bottle for rehydration although we will be having herbal tea

*Sound baths are not suitable for people in their first trimester of pregnancy, anyone with recent bone breakage, people with a pacemaker, epilepsy, those with hypersensitivity to sound, severe mental health problems or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
