Do I need to take speak during the gathering ?

Our circle encourages sharing, but there is absolutely no obligation to speak if silence feels right for you. This space accepts you exactly as you are—there is no need to fit in or present yourself in any particular way.

I can't drink cacao, can I still come?

If you cannot drink cacao but wish to attend, please contact me directly for alternative options.

Any health contraindication to cacao drinking?

Ceremonial cacao is not recommended for those who: Are pregnant or breastfeeding Take antidepressants (particularly SSRIs) Have severe heart conditions Have high blood pressure Are on certain medications (please consult your doctor if unsure) Have had recent surgery
