This November, take part in the Remembrance Sunday Run 2025 — a meaningful virtual event created to honour those who served and sacrificed. Whether you're running in memory of a loved one, or simply to show your support, this challenge invites us all to move with purpose and remember together.

Open to participants of all ages and fitness levels, this virtual run can be completed anywhere, anytime. Choose your own distance — 5K, 10K, or more — and walk, jog, or run your chosen route in your own time. There are no deadlines. Every step you take is a personal act of remembrance.

Finish your challenge and receive a stunning commemorative poppy medal — a symbol of respect, sacrifice, and pride. This year’s design features a striking red poppy, perfect for collectors and those marking the occasion in tribute.

Best of all, 10% of every entry fee will be donated to the Royal British Legion, helping support the vital work they do for service members, veterans, and their families.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

All participants will receive a beautiful white finishers’ medal for their achievement. This medal is made from aluminium and comes with a plain colour ribbon.

  4. Receive Your Medal: Once we've verified your submission, we'll send your beautiful medal directly to your doorstep.

How do I send my evidence?

Submitting your evidence is really easy. Simply take a screenshot of your activity from your mobile and visit our secure submission form at https://the-running-bug.com/submit-your-evidence/ where you can upload your file.

How long does it take to receive my medal?

Once your medal has been posted, you will receive another email to confirm. We aim to post your medals within 7 days of the conclusion of the event. All medals are sent by Royal Mail delivery.

What happens if I don't receive my medal?

Sometimes items do get damaged or lost in the postal system. We appreciate this can be frustrating and disappointing not receiving your medal. If in the event that you have not received a medal within 7 days after the event, please contact us.
