Renewal Day Retreat

On this beautiful day retreat, you will experience:

• A flowing, meditative yoga practice suitable for all ages and experience levels
• Grounding breathwork and gentle awakening through mindful movement
• Meditative movement and dance session drawing on Open Floor conscious dance
• Partner Yoga, Acupressure Massage & Yoga Nidra

We will start with a flowing, meditative yoga practice, suitable for all ages, bodies, and levels of experience.

The morning invites grounding, breath, and gentle awakening through mindful movement.

After a nourishing break with herbal teas, fruit, and light nibbles, we’ll move into a meditative movement and dance session, drawing on Open Floor conscious dance. 

This is an invitation to explore natural, expressive movement as a pathway to deeper awareness and release—no steps to learn, no experience needed, just your presence.

Following a restful lunch break, we’ll continue with a supportive partner yoga practice, including acupressure massage techniques and the healing presence of Reiki-inspired touch. These practices invite deeper relaxation and a shared sense of connection.

Our day will gently close with Yoga Nidra, a deeply restful guided meditation accompanied by crystal singing bowls, followed by a closing circle to ground and integrate your experience.

All props will be supplied, but please bring your own mat/block/blankets if you would like.
