Event description
The Birmingham Grid for Learning is being decomissoned in April 2020. LGfL and SIPS are providing a free event for all Birmingham Schools

About this Event

As LGfL and SIPS are not for profit organisations dedicated to improving educational outcomes with technology, we want to help schools create their own IT strategy that is secure, sustainable and can deliver genuine benefit.

During the sessions we will consider the components of an IT strategy, how a move to the LGfL service will help deliver these and address the challenges of losing access to the current internent provider. We will cover how LGfL and SIPS can transfer connectivity seamlessly from BGfL, highlighting the resources and support available once the connection is up and running. We will also hear success stories from local schools already using SIPS and LGfL services.
