The R&D team at South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (SWYPFT) would like to invite you to our 2nd Annual R&D Research & Innovation Conference: “Expanding the Frontiers of Research”.

The conference is a celebration of the ongoing research activity and innovation work within the Trust and its partners. It will be an opportunity to share, network and help shape the key themes and ideas about future research & innovation within the trust and its wider partnerships.

To celebrate all things research the conference will have a mix of interactive workshops, key note speeches from our academic, research and clinical partners as well as a range of information stalls and details of the innovative partnerships we are developing to highlight the ‘Life course’ of mental health and community research.

The conference will be a key opportunity to look at new and emerging challenges and start the conversation about solutions within mental health research.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided. Please let us know of any dietary requirements.

Parking at the Hotel is free but on a first come first served basis and you will need to register your vehicle at reception. If you are wishing to have a stall or poster presentation at the event please contact research@swyt.nhs.uk.

This event is free and is open to anyone involved in research. Employees from SWYPT should complete a Study Leave form and submit to their Manager. Service users/volunteers/carers are very welcome to attend and if required, transport can be arranged free of charge.

Please note that as numbers are limited, once the event is full there will be a waiting list, so if you are unable to attend nearer the time it would be appreciated if you can let us know as soon as possible so that we can open up your place to someone on the waiting list.
