Come along to one of the University of Bath's Festival of Social Science events and discover more about how our social science research is helping to understand and tackle issues that matter to society.

Come to the Percy Centre in Bath to meet researchers from the University of Bath and community partners and learn more about their collaborative work on the theme of children and young people. For 2 hours over lunch, catered by Bath Community Kitchen, discover our work together on a range of topics including:<ul><li>applied mental health</li><li>development processes in young people</li><li>injury prevention in youth sports</li><li>celebrating multilingualism in primary schools</li></ul>and much more. Join us and discuss with researchers how we might work together in ways that support your organisational priorities and, in the process, how we can learn from each other.If you are a community-based or civil society organisation, we are offering two free masterclasses on measuring and evaluating social impact before and after the showcase exhibition at 10.30am and 2pm. Booking is essential.

Join Stacey Pottinger from Octopus Impact for a masterclass on measuring and evaluating social impact. The session will cover a five-step framework model for evaluation and explore a variety of tools for evaluating your work. Spaces are limited, and booking is essential.
