Do I need to be super fit to come?

Not at all. This isn’t about smashing fitness, it's just about showing up as you are! The 5k run is chilled and a chance for us all to kick off the weekend with some movement rather than turning up to smash any PBs.

Can I come on my own?

Yes for sure! Most guys do. You’ll be welcomed by Pelé and the rest of the guys from the moment you walk in!

Will there be food options for dietary needs?

Yep - you'll be looked after. If you have specific needs, just let Pelé know as soon as you book your ticket.

What do I need to bring?

- Swimwear & Towel - Running shoes - Water bottle - Clothes to change into after the Sauna + Plunge
