Frequently asked questions

Do I need any experience in breathwork, movement, or meditation?

Not at all! This morning is designed for all levels, including complete beginners. Everything is guided, and you can take each part at your own pace.

What should I bring?

Just yourself, a water bottle, and anything that makes you extra comfy - Wear clothes you can move and relax in. Mats will be provided.

Will there be refreshments?

Yes! Fresh juices and herbal teas are included, along with time to connect after the session.

What’s in the goody bag?

We’ve curated a few calming, mindful treats for you to enjoy at home. It’s a surprise — but we think you’ll love it!

Is the space accessible?

Yes - the venue has step-free access, wheelchair accessibility, and toilets on site. We’re also just a short walk from Twickenham Station, with bus stops nearby and parking options in the area.
