As nature blooms and renews, this is your invitation to pause, breathe, and realign your mind, body, and spirit.

A gentle guided relaxation to help you unwind
A deeply immersive sound bath using crystal singing bowls and soothing instruments
A peaceful environment with soft lighting and calming energy
A moment to set intentions for the month ahead
This experience is perfect if you are feeling overwhelmed, mentally tired, or simply in need of a reset.

 Sound baths are usually favorable for most people but there may be some exceptions such as the following: -
 📚It is okay for adults and young people, but not for small children.
 📚If you don't like high-pitched sounds
 📚 If you're not sure if this is right for you
 📚If you have a high degree of tinnitus or sensitivity to loud sounds
 📚 If you have any medical devices that can be disruptive to these sounds
 📚 If you have sound-sensitive epilepsy
 📚 If you are in the first trimester of pregnancy
 📚If you are pregnant and your doctor has advised against it.
