Reset & Reconnect

Parents and carers of children with additional needs and disabilities (of any age - babies to adults) are invited to join us for Rest & Reconnect, a calm, supportive adults only space to pause, chat and connect with others who understand.

This relaxed bi monthly meet up offers peer support, shared experiences, signposting to local services and a chance to take a breath over tea, coffee and cake in a welcoming, judgement free environment.

There is no pressure to share. Come exactly as you are. Whether you would like advice, connection or simply a quiet moment with people who “get it”, you are very welcome.
