Join Natalie for a calming 90-minute workshop designed to help you slow down, unwind, and reconnect with yourself.

In a world that can sometimes feel fast-paced and overwhelming, this session offers you a space to pause, breathe, and gently reset your nervous system.

Through a combination of gentle yoga, calming pranayama (breathwork), and guided meditation, you’ll be supported to release tension from both the body and mind, and cultivate a deeper sense of calm, balance, and ease.

We will also explore the basics of the nervous system, helping you understand how stress shows up in your body and how you can begin to shift into a more relaxed, grounded state.

This workshop is suitable for all levels — no previous yoga experience is needed.
